It has been a month since the implementation of the October 2025 OCG Banlist, and players had already adjusted their decks accordingly. This time, we are going to discuss the Metagame Report of MEIOCG's NRS, or the PH National Ranking System.
The data used in this report was based on the NRS Season 0, or MEIOCG's first implementation of National Ranking System. The NRS is composed of a total of 100+ players in registered major communities in the system.
The data used in this report is based from all the Top 4 Winning Decks every week, once a week in every community, compiled and tabulated. To effectively be counted in the META, an archetype or deck has to actually win and reach top 4, otherwise it will only be marked as "popular deck" should they reach a certain number played every week, given they still don't win. (E.g, even if Mitsurugi count per week totals 50% of the whole community, it will not be considered META, if it has few or no recorded wins.)

Turns out, this is not actually the first time he did this on cam, but second time, and was caught on cam as well.
Throughout the course of live stream, he was caught twice on camera and a few times over the course of the tournament, according to some players in the event.
The first time he did the act, he was not easily noticed because he didn't look at his bottom card, but upon reviewing the stream multiple times, he only needed a few glance at the bottom card to decide whether he will use destiny draw or not. Unfortunately, the opponent lost hard, as he was able to resolve the droll, restricting his plays too hard.
After the event, Konami Asia officially confirmed that Chayanon Kuspakorn (Raviel) was disqualified for Unsporting Conduct - Cheating and was stripped off of his Top 2 Rankings as well as prizes. Melvin Sundoro (his opponent on finals, from where he was caught in the stream) took his place - Top 2 of YOT Indonesia Main Event. His ban is under review from Konami and will be updated in the next few days.
Update: As of November 31, 2025, Konami Asia Official Facebook page had announced that Chayanon Kuspakorn (Raviel) will recieve a ban from participating any sanctioned tournament in a total of 12 months.
